Diamond Hook was initially tasked with launching a new SMS channel and social ads—all with less than two weeks before their highly-anticipated BFCM sale.
After rapidly growing the subscriber list, we built a 5-day SMS automation that generated a half million dollars in the program's first two weeks.
From leading multimillion-dollar product drops to implementing Shopify <> SaaS partnerships, Diamond Hook has flawlessly executed all of SET's online needs. As the company experienced exponential growth, we empowered the brand to bring their eCommerce team in-house.
Our team facilitated the addition of several new features to the site, including a members-only shopping experience, a loyalty and rewards program, a community program landing page, security updates, a custom bundle upsell, custom collection pages for A/B testing, and more.

We redefined Urban Sophistication’s text hierarchy, thoughtfully implementing stand-out text placements as visual design elements with the use of all caps and large font size.

We redesigned Obviously’s brand and marketing collateral, including everything from packaging and letterhead, to email templates, to social media platform-specific sales decks.
We launched paid media for drops and sales across Google, Facebook, and Instagram, including design direction and copy. Our team created custom landing pages for and implemented ads.
