Summary

Diamond Hook, a creative agency specializing in brand, web and growth, is seeking a Content Strategist & Copywriter. This role involves supporting our Director of Content & Brand Marketing and collaborating with the team on both agency-wide initiatives and client projects for companies such as Sharma Brands, Strideline, Urban Sophistication, and SET Active. This position offers a unique opportunity for an emerging writer to significantly shape the output and structure of our expanding agency.

Responsibilities

• Research industry topics and trends for the development of powerful, informed content writing, incorporating best practices for client/industry specific messaging.
• Build comprehensive content strategies for client web, brand and growth projects, aligning with overall marketing and business objectives.
• Write best-in-class copy for all digital formats including websites, landing pages, emails, SMS and social.
• When applicable, lead client content and strategy presentations and conversations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally both internally and externally with our Creative Director, Graphic Designer, Web Developer and/or other team members to create cohesive, strategic content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Writing, Social Media or related field.
• Exceptional writing skills for copy across all digital mediums: email, social media, ads and website for both B2B and eCommerce clients.
• Proficiency in Figma is a plus, but a proclivity to quickly pick up new tools and systems is essential!
• Knowledge of SEO-optimized and/or conversion-driven copy is a plus.
• Strong ability to project manage, multi-task and work autonomously.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate in an effective manner.
